Store Manager - retail

Tasks

• Oversee the daily operations of the retail store to ensure efficient and profitable performance.

• Lead, supervise, and support store staff by assigning responsibilities, setting expectations, and monitoring productivity.

• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and drive business growth.

• Determine product assortments and service offerings while implementing pricing, promotional, and credit policies.

• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and coordinate merchandise procurement as required.

• Develop and execute marketing, merchandising, and sales strategies to increase customer traffic and revenue.

• Prepare and manage operating budgets, approve expenditures, and monitor financial performance to achieve business objectives.

• Ensure high standards of customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and enhancing the overall shopping experience.
