Dairy Queen Grill & Chill in Carleton Place, Ontario, is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager. Responsibilities

As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for balancing cash, completing balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms. Key duties include conducting performance reviews, organizing and maintaining inventory, and ensuring all health and safety regulations are strictly followed. You will lead and instruct a team of 5-10 individuals, address customers' complaints or concerns, and consistently provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar field. Proficiency in computer and technology knowledge, including MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Word, and spreadsheet software, is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate accuracy, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organization, reliability, teamwork, and the ability to multitask. The role involves working under pressure, repetitive tasks, attention to detail, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, including standing for extended periods.
